Let Grow
Jonathan Haidt co-founded Let Grow in 2017 to fight the drastic change in childhood that began decades ago, when free time and free play got replaced by near constant adult supervision. As kids’ independence waned, their anxiety and depression grew. In The Anxious Generation, Haidt’s final call to action is simple: Give young people back independence, responsibility, and free play.

Phone-Free Schools Movement
We want to empower our community to create and support a healthy educational environment for our students to thrive. We believe that is achieved through phone-free school days, where students can be free from the distractions and harms caused by ubiquitous access to phones and social media. Please join us and encourage all K thru 12 schools to implement effective all day phone-free policies.
